1. Sign in with Google or Apple.
2. Choose the Mentor persona and fill your profile, then submit it for review.
3. Get approved — the team reviews your persona.
4. Get invited or assigned — accept a mentorship invitation, or take a direct assignment to a project.
5. Mentor & track progress — follow the work and post updates in your dashboard.
