About
I have been leading IT delivery for more than 25 years in the UK, across many different team sizes (from up to 5 people, to over 300) and different locations. I started as a project manager, before becoming a programme director and finally the head of delivery across over 3,000 engineers. I have delivered technical solutions mainly in commerce, content, UX/UI, consulting and mobile. I have worked in retail, automotive, consumer goods, financial services and more. Since mid-2026 I have built my own risk management framework and SaaS platform, and consult in AI engineering and delivery.
