Dr Farhad Malik is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Project Olive Branch, a legal-technology platform bringing structured, accessible mediation to dispute resolution. He leads the platform's technical architecture and security, and the transition from pilot to production-grade, compliant infrastructure. Farhad brings fourteen years of enterprise technology experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where he delivered secure, compliant systems at scale across cyber security, data architecture and large-scale transformation. At Project Olive Branch he applies that background to a harder question: how to embed AI into a regulated, trust-sensitive workflow without compromising the human judgement, accountability and data protection that justice work demands.
