I’m a Front-End Engineering Lead and Engineering Manager with 8 years of experience building web and mobile applications, primarily in fintech and enterprise environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across different domains and teams, taking on both hands-on engineering and leadership responsibilities. My experience includes Angular, React, TypeScript, frontend architecture, scalable application design, engineering practices, and building shared frontend solutions for large-scale applications. Mentoring has always been an important part of my career. For the past 4 years, I’ve been a Front-End Mentor in the Banque Misr Internship Program, helping interns understand real-world software engineering beyond just writing code. I focus on practical problem solving, debugging, clean code, architecture, teamwork, communication, and developing the mindset needed to grow from a junior developer into an independent engineer. I also regularly guide engineers through career development, technical decision-making, problem solving, and becoming more independent in their work. I believe that a good mentor should not simply provide answers, but help mentees develop the ability to investigate, reason, make decisions, and solve problems on their own. As a mentor, my goal is to help engineers build strong technical foundations, understand how professional engineering teams operate, and develop the confidence and mindset needed for long-term growth.
