I've been working in tech for 30 years, most recently at ASOS as a Lead Principal Software Engineer for the past 10 years. I have developed hiring and emerging talent programmes, defined engineering standards, technology strategy, and worked hands on. I was also the chair of the LGBTQIA+ employee network and helped to establish ASOS' other employee networks for marginalised communities.
